Eric Lundberg, Associate Counsel, represents clients in contract and tort matters, including professional negligence, personal injury, and commercial and construction disputes. Eric has appeared at all levels of the British Columbia courts and before multiple administrative tribunals. He also has a strong record of achieving favourable results through mediation. While Eric prioritizes efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution, he is an experienced advocate who has conducted numerous civil trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Matthew Hand
Associate
Matthew maintains a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on bankruptcy, insolvency, and foreclosure matters. His practice sees him regularly appearing on behalf of both individual and corporate clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia where he has experience representing creditors, debtors, and trustees.
Matthew has a Bachelors degree from the University of Victoria and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Leicester. He was admitted to the bar of the Province of British Columbia in January 2025.
